Windows 10 alarm not working

When it happens, you cannot use your device as normal and it could be quite annoying especially when there is nothing plugged in. This notification may keep popping up no matter there is a USB plugged in or not. 'USB device not recognized' is a common hardware device error that many users may come across. Can anyone tell me how to turn it off or totally stop the error from happening again?' Besides, with 'USB device not recognized' keeps popping up, my USB flash is not as working properly as it could. 'I keep receiving the 'USB device not recognized' notification on my HP laptop currently running Windows 10 whether there is a real USB connected or nothing plugged there.
